Madison and TJ’s Lake Como elopement was romantic, nostalgic, and one that I’ll be thinking about for the rest of time! They rented the cutest Airbnb for their special day and also included a Super 8 video, which you can watch below! Getting Ready & First Look’s at Their Airbnb
The day began with Madison and TJ getting ready separately at their Airbnb. The setting was stunning, with balconies that overlooked Lake Como—honestly, you couldn’t ask for better views! It was the perfect spot for an intimate elopement. After getting ready, Madison and TJ shared a private, emotional first look. You could feel the emotion in the air. Afterward, we headed up to one of the balconies for some portraits.
A Scenic Boat Ride & Lake Como Elopement Portraits
After their first look, we took a scenic boat ride on Lake Como! If you’re planning your own elopement, let this be your sign to rent a boat! Not only was this incredibly romantic for them, but it also allowed us to capture more portraits and fully appreciate the beauty of Lake Como. The views were truly out of this world. We even stopped at other stunning photo locations before heading back to their Airbnb!
Intimate Outdoor Lake Como Elopement Ceremony
Once we returned to the Airbnb, the ceremony was to begin. TJ and Madison’s Lake Como elopement was incredibly intimate, with only their closest people in attendance. Their ceremony was beautiful, featuring a live violinist and a local officiant, which really set the perfect tone. The garden setting, with the stunning backdrop of Lake Como, couldn’t have been more picturesque. After the ceremony, Madison and TJ celebrated with glasses of champagne!
Celebrating With a Cocktail Hour
After the ceremony, Madison and TJ celebrated with their friends and family during a beautiful cocktail hour. They enjoyed a delicious Italian charcuterie spread featuring cured meats like prosciutto and salami, along with cheeses and bread crisps, all paired with drinks. It was the perfect intimate gathering, allowing Madison and TJ to soak in the moment with their closest loved ones. It was the perfect way to celebrate their Lake Como elopement!
